Exchange and Returns Policy

Return and exchange policy:
We will gladly accept all garments provided they are unworn for return or exchange within 20 days of purchase. Coco & Salt merchandise purchased at independent stores and/or pop ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased from, without exception. To be eligible for a return, all items must be purchased at full price, in original, unused, unworn condition with the swing tag still attached, no defects or stains, no smells and or any signs that the item has been worn or used, or altered in any way. Please email us to log a return: firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must please be logged via an official email and not via message on social media platforms.
All returns and exchanges the customer is responsible
for the collection & return courier fee. If you don’t have a courier account, no problem we will gladly log the collection on your behalf and you can process payment to us for the delivery on the exchange or we can take the courier fee off from your refund.
Defective merchandise - all garments are personally quality checked before packing & sending, but in the unlikely event of receiving a defective garment please email us right away: email@example.com. Defective products will be covered by Coco & Salt for collection & return courier. Discounted and sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances, so please check all size measurements, images and descriptions thoroughly when purchasing sale items.
Please note that Coco & Salt will not be held responsible for any losses due to an incorrect delivery address or absence of receipt. Once the parcel has left our premises we are not responsible for loss or damage.
